As with many people the SPAM situation at my company has started to get out of control. Unfortunately the global rules option available with R6 doesn't really work for us. We work closely with the medical industry and the use of medical terminology in our emails is common.

I'm looking for recommendations on SPAM blocking software that you've used in your environment. Sorry, looking for info from admins that use the products instead of vendors trying to sell the software.
